Yes you can – we have a Friends & Family Reception Pass for you. Share the spirit of Illuminate with those closest to you. This pass provides access for your friends and family to join the welcoming reception on the first day and the exciting evening event on the second day.

We are unable to issue an invoice without including VAT. As per EU regulations, we are required to apply German VAT because the service is provided in Germany. However, you can reclaim this VAT using our German VAT number that is provided on the invoice.
Understanding that plans can change, we aim to be as accommodating as possible with our cancellation and refund policy:
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that our event is canceled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.
Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations made up to 31. May 2024 will be eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 1. June 2024 and 9. August 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refunds After Deadline: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after the10. August 2024. This policy is due to the costs associated with event planning and logistics.
Please note that refunds may take up to 3 days to process.
If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at with the replacement’s name and contact information at least 3 days prior to the event.

You will be able to conect with other partners though our conference app.
The app will be released no later than a week prior to the event.
English is the official language. All sessions (except for regional sessions) are in English.
On the 10th Sept. (German pre-day) most of the sessions will be held in German.
